Who made us? ABCD- Association of Builders for Chennai Development was an initiative taken by Mr. A. Balasubramani, a Civil Engineer, Licensed Surveyor in Corporation of Chennai, had nothing to say when the common people came for Approval in the Layout after 1989, does not meet the criteria for approval as per the Development Control Rules in force.

When the City Limits get extended by its boundaries with all infrastructures in place, but without project development and relaxation of the CMDA DCR Norms.

ABCD realized that without any amendments done in the DCR, the common public may not be utilizing the benefits of the scheme, and after repeated memorandums and agitations the Government gave its nod for the “Unregistered Plot Regularization scheme”
